I am from Sangrur.My ankle got twisted multiple times and I was having pain in my right ankle from last 1 year.I visited Dr Chandan Narang and he explained my ankle injury in detail and answered all my queries very patiently. My father is kidney transplant patient, got ankle fractured on 9 Oct 23, we went to our local orthopedic doctor which suggested surgery, by surgery ment full anesthesia, which itself is very critical for kidney transplant patient and at that moment, I was worried how to proceed further, for second opinion I went to Dr. Chandan Narang, when me and my father met him, he assure that without surgery broken bones can be joined, but will take time, as my father has kidney transplant issue the time will be more, it took around 6 months to walk from his now joint ankle. I had a tibia fracture in left leg and it was lateral and dislocated . Firstly I went to district hospital in Shimla and they prescribed me for cast plaster.But it didn't go right.After that I came here to fortis hospital .I met with dr Chandan Sir and after thorough inspection he advised me to go for surgery.the very next day the surgery was done and it went good.After two days I was discharged and advised to take bed rest for one and half months.After that I started walking by using some support and after one more month I was able to stand and walk without support.Presently I'm feeling well .
